Dear All,
In fact, Cisco phones are simple. They just need a tftp server to update its firmware and it doesnt even have to be located on the asterisk/phone system itself. 7940/60 Cisco phones update in two stages. Cisco 7960 IP Phone - SIP firmware version 1.Introduction The Cisco 7960 IP Phone is a hardphone which supports the Skinny Call Control Protocol(SCCP) to run with Cisco CallManager, the Session Initiation Protocol(SIP) and also the Media Gateway Control Protocol(MGCP).
I want to converst Cisco 7970 SCCP to SIP firmware.
I can see in CALL MANAGER device protocol SIP and ip phone is taking ip address but REGISTRATTION showing REJECTED.
On Cisco 7970 phone, I can see REGISTRATION REJECTED.
